Design agreement – We tailor a budget range recommendation based on the specifics of your project for your review. Additionally, we provide a timeline from project start to completion. We understand that correcting challenging spaces requires imagining and designing new details, not just cosmetic enhancements. Our skilled remodels and additions involve a deep understanding of the existing architectural style and seamless integration of new elements.

Interior design – Our leadership at USI serves as creative directors and designers for all projects, keeping the firm nationally competitive. Our style and brand, regardless of the theme, can be best described as quiet luxury.

Architecture/Engineering – USI brings a fresh architectural direction to make a lasting impression. Our development services include floor plans, construction drawings, and 3-D rendering. In the case of structural changes, we engineer and provide a structural plan.

Fixed Price Contract – You will receive all of USI’s exceptional services, and all construction will be included in one comprehensive project cost.
