USI is simply the best. They make everything easy for me. The quality of work is exceptional as is the clean up. I have used them over the years for several projects, and they never disappoint.

Great working with Gordon and Chris. They incorporate our design thoughts with their experience/ideas to produce a high end product to which we are proud of. Very service oriented particularly on the communication front. Additionally any punch list items after completion were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. Bottom line they take pride in their work. Great attention to detail to ensure everything is “just right”.

Chris and Gordon are among the best with whom we’ve ever worked. From our initial consult to a review of product options to the bid process to actual implementation and finally to follow up, they never failed to impress us. Workmen actually showed up ON TIME (!!!) and either Chris or Gordon were typically onsite with them. Mistakes, while rare, were typically spotted by Chris/Gordon rather than one of us and were always quickly remedied. Craftsmanship was consistently excellent.
What impressed us as much as anything was that they worked to give us the remodel we wanted rather than the remodel they thought we needed. That’s not to say they didn’t have any ideas that we had failed to consider – they did. It is to say that they listened to us and without fail helped us come to the best decisions that were in line with our desires and our budget.

USI has designed and created our beautiful sanctuary. Their attention to detail, while fulfilling every wish, has given our 41 year old home a stunning makeover. We had complete trust in everyone involved with never a concern for workers in our house while away. There is no one else we’d ever consider. They made the whole process a joy.

Chris and his team were not only phenomenal to work with on our major home renovation last year, but they exceeded expectations with delivering on our vision. The work included – complete Kitchen remodel (knocking down walls, moving plumbing, etc), new staircase/banister, baseboards, paint, new appliances, laundry room rennovation (including removing a window/and adding exterior brick work), and custom built in and design for the TV wall. Almost a year later, and we still could not be happier with the work. A couple things that might stand out to you – 1) Quality is unmatched 2) team — we had several crew members in our house on a very regular basis for several months. They were hard working, very respectful, and consistent. 3) the project stayed on-time and on-budget. I will definitely be using USI again for future projects!

We met with our real estate agent to determine current value of our home after the remodel. He was extremely impressed with your work and felt that we could achieve $220 a sq. foot and we paid $139 (great news). Thanks for all your help and excellent service.

USI Remodeling has been an outstanding remodeling contractor to work with. I have had nothing but outstanding remarks from their clients. After extensive research I decided on USI for my remodel project on my house. This extensive remodel job started on time as advertised and completed on the exact date discussed during the estimate process. The original estimated price is exactly what the job cost. There were no hidden surprises. This project took 10 weeks to finish. We were able to live in the house while the work was done. Each day throughout the entire period the crews showed up at 7:30am without fail. The construction site remained very clean and livable throughout the work that was done. The neighbors commented on how clean the area was kept during the project and to the daily progress that was achieved. Every crew that showed up to the house was very respectful of the house and the job they were performing. USI was always there managing the activities and I never felt insecure about having 8 to 10 people a day for the entire period working around the house with my property still onsite. The work to gut the house and rebuild it was flawless. The quality of the work completed was amazing. When someone walks in the front door of the house it is amazing how the just stop and say Oh My Gosh this is fabulous. I would highly recommend this company to remodel any part of or the entire house. It is true you get what you pay for and USI delivers an outstanding product. I can not say enough great things about USI and the finished product.
